List once. Sell anywhere. Never sell it twice.
Productero puts your inventory on eBay, Poshmark and Mercari from one place. When an item sells on one, it comes down from the others. Every item also gets a page on your own search-friendly storefront.

How it works.
One record per item, wherever it is listed. Productero keeps the listings in step so you don't have to.
- Add it once
Photos, title, description, price, condition, brand and size, in one place. Already listed? Import your active listings, or paste a listing link onto an item.
- Publish where you want
Tick eBay, Poshmark, Mercari or all three. Edits to price, title, description or quantity go out to every live listing.
- It sells. The rest come down.
The sale is recorded once and the item is taken down everywhere else. Listings still waiting to go up are canceled.
Built around one sale per item.
Selling the same thing twice means a cancelled order and an unhappy buyer. Most of Productero exists to stop that, and to tell you right away when something needs you.
Every sale counts once
Each marketplace order is recorded a single time, so a sale that gets reported twice changes nothing.
Quantity-aware
Sell one of three and the stock goes down to two. eBay's quantity follows; a Poshmark or Mercari listing that sold closes, and we tell you so you can relist it.
Oversold? You hear first.
If it sells somewhere else before the other listings come down, we flag it and email you so you can cancel one order.
Nothing fails quietly
A delist that fails is retried. If it still can't go through, or waits too long, you get an email with the listing link to remove it by hand.
Sales sync even if your plan lapses
A lapsed plan only pauses new listings. A sale still takes the item down everywhere, because a double sale hurts your buyer.
A storefront that search engines can read.
Every seller gets a page of everything they have for sale, and every item gets its own page linking to its live listings. It updates as things sell.
- Fast pages, rendered on the serverSearch engines get the full page, with no app to load first.
- Product details search engines understandPrice, condition and in stock or sold out on every item.
- Tidy, stable addressesClean item links that redirect if you rename the item, plus a sitemap for your store.
- Sold items keep working for youA sold item stays up for 60 days marked sold out, pointing back to the rest of your store.
Works in your own Chrome.
Poshmark and Mercari don't offer a public API for sellers. So the Productero extension does that work in the Chrome window where you're already signed in.
Your session, never your password
It uses the accounts you're already signed in to. It never reads or stores your marketplace passwords.
Only where it's needed
It works on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and Productero, and nowhere else. No browsing history, no ads.
About once an hour, or right away
On its own it checks in about once an hour while Chrome is open. Publish, delist or mark something sold and it runs right then.
Checks its own work
It only reports a listing as up or down once it has seen it happen on the marketplace. Anything else comes back to you as a clear error.

Questions, answered.
Which marketplaces does it work with?
eBay, Poshmark and Mercari. You add an item once and choose where it goes. You can also link a listing you already have, or import your active listings with the extension.
What happens when something sells?
The sale is recorded once, and the item comes off every other marketplace. A listing that hadn't gone live yet is canceled instead. If you had more than one in stock, eBay's quantity is lowered; a Poshmark or Mercari listing that sold closes, and we tell you so you can relist it.
How fast do the other listings come down?
With eBay connected through its official API, eBay is checked every few minutes and ended right away. Poshmark and Mercari are handled by the extension: about once an hour while Chrome is open, and right away whenever you publish, delist or mark something sold in Productero. Until our eBay API access is approved, the extension handles eBay the same way. If a delist is still waiting after about an hour and a half, we email you the listing link so you can remove it by hand.
What if it sells twice before the others come down?
We flag it as oversold right away and email you, so you can cancel one of the orders and message that buyer. Productero lowers the chance of a double sale a lot, but it can't promise there will never be one.
Why do I need a Chrome extension?
Poshmark and Mercari don't offer a public API for sellers, so nothing on a server can list or delist there. The extension does that work in your own Chrome, where you are already signed in.
Can the extension see my passwords?
No. It uses the sessions you are already signed in to, never reads or stores your passwords, and only works on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and Productero itself.
Is automating these sites allowed?
Crosslisting tools commonly work this way, but eBay, Poshmark and Mercari restrict automated use in their terms, so there is a risk to your marketplace accounts. The extension acts only when there is work to do, one step at a time, at a human pace. You decide what gets listed.
What is the storefront?
A public page at productero.mochi-zen.com/s/your-name with everything you have for sale. Each item gets its own page built for search engines, with buttons to its live eBay, Poshmark and Mercari listings.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $19 a month. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of Pro, no card needed. Productero is invite-only for now.
Ready when you are.
Productero is open to a small group of sellers while we finish it. Already invited? Sign in with your email. Want in? Ask and we'll get back to you.
