Terms of service
The rules for using Productero, written to be read. The parts about marketplace rules, automation and double sales matter most.
Effective November 5, 2026
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Productero for using the website at productero.mochi-zen.com, the dashboard, the storefront and the Chrome extension (together, "the service"). By using the service you accept them. If you use it for a business, you accept them for that business.
Invite-only beta
Productero is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may decide who gets access.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone with it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and for keeping your eBay, Poshmark and Mercari accounts in good standing.
Your listings and content
You own what you add: photos, descriptions and other content. You give Productero permission to store it, show it on your storefront, and send it to the marketplaces you choose, only to run the service for you. You are responsible for your listings being accurate and lawful, for having the right to sell what you list and use the photos you upload, and for following each marketplace's rules for what can be sold and how.
Marketplace rules and automation
The Chrome extension acts on eBay, Poshmark and Mercari inside your own signed-in browser, because Poshmark and Mercari have no public seller API. These marketplaces restrict automated use in their own terms. Using the extension may go against a marketplace's terms, and a marketplace could limit or suspend your account because of it. You choose whether to use the extension and accept that risk. Productero is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Poshmark or Mercari.
Sale sync and double sales
Productero works to take an item down everywhere else when it sells. It cannot promise that this always happens in time. A marketplace may be slow or change its pages, Chrome may be closed, or a listing may sell twice before the others come down. When we detect a double sale or a delist that failed, we alert you. Handling the affected orders, including any cancellations and communication with buyers, is up to you.
Plans, trials and billing
New accounts start with a 14-day trial, with no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing page; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Fees are not refunded except where the law requires. When a plan ends, publishing new listings pauses, while sales on items you already listed keep syncing. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. We may give some accounts free or discounted access, and we may end that access with notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, list prohibited, counterfeit or stolen goods, infringe others' rights, harm the service or other users, get around its limits, or access it in ways we haven't provided.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, and we may end the service, with reasonable notice where we can. After an account closes, your storefront goes offline and we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Productero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost sales, profits or data, including losses from a double sale, a delayed or failed listing or delisting, or action a marketplace takes on your account. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is more.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: frank@instantcitysolutions.com.
